Review: Yesterday I had the opportunity to see Melancholia. I was a little worried, given a mixed reception here (or euphoric or very negative). It seems the media are talking more about the spontaneous press conference-from-hell Lars Cannes. What is always shame.Like Von Trier did not want to appeal to the general population, but the earth to present the viewer something unique and honest. It was influenced by his own melancholy, he suffered while working on this project. It, marked by a solid action and great leadership from someone who carefully observes and understands human interaction. For me works. This film is not perfect, but he was thoughtful and touching the heart and that is exactly what a movie should be decent strive to achieve. Thanks for reading my thoughts.
